Hannah and Vicky's Cupcakes
Though people
often choose to have cupcakes for smaller more intimate weddings on this
occasion the opposite was true! Hannah and Vicky chose to have a cupcake tower
for their civil ceremony at the Mercure Holland House Hotel.
They chose vanilla
and lemon as their cake flavours with a vanilla top cake to cut. I individually
iced and decorated each cake following their colour scheme of lilac, purple and
white. I used the butterfly and blossoms theme to distinguish between the lemon
and vanilla cakes.
Once again it was a real pleasure to be a part of such a
very happy occasion and was very happy to receive the following email:
“We wanted to contact you to let you know how thrilled we were with our cakes for our Civil Partnership Ceremony on 29th January. They were so beautiful, but also tasted really great. We had so many lovely complements about them. We are sorry we missed you when you delivered them. Many thanks again for all of your help and the wonderful cakes. Best wishes, Hannah and Vicky”
