Rachel's Jimmy Choo Cake
This Jimmy Choo shoe box cake was made for another family that I have
made many cakes for over the years. The cake was a rich fruit cake, a brandy
based mix which is a particular favourite of Rachel’s. Along with an awful lot
of women I know, Rachel has a love of hand bags and shoes and so following this
suggested theme from her daughter I designed the shoe box cake for her. The
colours of ivory and pink were chosen and I knew that the cake went down well
when I read the review Larry posted and saw his comments on Facebook at I love
Iced Magic cakes.
