Chocolate and Strawberry Wedding Cake
This spectacular five tier chocolate wedding cake was made for a wedding
which took place at The Matara Centre. The cake was created to not only be a
wedding cake and centre piece for the reception but also a scrumptious desert
for the wedding breakfast.
The cake was formed from five tiers of chocolate sponge filled with chocolate cream and covered in white Belgian chocolate. Cascading down the from was a fabulous combination of fresh strawberries hand dipped in milk chocolate and hand made fresh cream truffles decorated with white, milk and dark chocolate.
Rich chocolate and sweet strawberries meant that the wedding cake smelt amazing! and went down a treat with every scrap being eaten!
